φ140×7 Oil & Gas Transport (API) Pipe Production Line
Description
High frequency welded pipe production line is mainly used for continuous production of straight seam welded pipe.
It adopts high-frequency induction welding, which can not only produce round pipe but also corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipes.
The high-frequency pipe welding machine is mainly used for the production of various iron pipes, construction pipes, structural pipes, water pipes, oil pipes, API Pipes, and so on.
Technical flow
Scrolling up→ Uncoiling → Shear and Welding→ Spiral accumulator→ Forming → H.F. induction welding→ External burr removing→ Cooling → Sizing→ Flying saw → Run out table →Inspecting→ Packing→ Warehouse
