Project Overview
This 273mm multi-functional ERW pipe making machine was custom-designed for a Turkish steel pipe company and is suitable for the Turkish natural gas transmission, municipal water supply and drainage, and steel structure column markets.
The entire set of equipment was assembled and tested domestically before being shipped to Mersin Port for installation, commissioning, and production. The entire welded pipe production line is compatible with both round and square/rectangular pipe production.

Round Pipe Φ114–273mm, Wall Thickness 3–10mm;
Square and Rectangular Pipe 90×90–200×200mm, Wall Thickness 4–12mm
Line Speed: 10–38m/min, stable within 20m/min for thick-walled API pipelines
High-Frequency Power: 800kW solid-state high-frequency induction welding machine, compatible with Q235, X42/X52 pipeline steel
Raw Materials: Hot-rolled steel coils, maximum 20 tons, width 400–860mm, matching local Turkish steel coils
Automation: Siemens PLC whole-machine linkage, servo speed regulation throughout the line, adapted and modified for local Turkish 380V power supply
