ZTZG independently developed, designed and produced an automated round welded pipe production line without changing the roller.

For producing ordinary carbon steel round pipes, the forming section rollers before welding are shared. When changing to different production specifications, there is no need to disassemble and replace the rollers; only the sizing section roller needs to be replaced.

This ZTZG’s jointly developed, designed, and manufactured “Round-to-Square Tube Production Line Without Roller Change”can produce round tubes, square tubes, and rectangular tubes without requiring roller changes.

When producing round tubes of different specifications, the rough forming and fine forming rollers before welding are shared.

When producing square and rectangular tubes within a certain range, no roller changes are needed in the forming section before welding.

The sizing section adopts a misalignment adjustment method, allowing online adjustments to produce different specifications of square and rectangular tubes.
