Turkish straighteners are key straightening equipment in straight seam welded pipe production lines.
They straighten the straightness deviations that occur after rolling and welding of the welded pipes, ensuring that the straightness of the pipes meets the standards.
The Turks Head square tube rolling mill, also known as the Turks Head round-to-square welded pipe mill, is a high-frequency straight seam welded pipe production line equipped with multiple four-roller Turks Head main machines at the rear.
It first forms and welds round tubes, then uses multiple Turks Head four-rollers to extrude the round tubes from all sides, gradually pushing and rolling them into square or rectangular tubes. This is a round-to-square process, distinct from direct square forming mills.
