Special-shaped pipe production equipment is an automated welded pipe production line specifically designed for producing non-circular metal pipes with special cross-sectional shapes.

Due to their unique mechanical properties and appearance, these special-shaped pipes are widely used in the construction, automotive, furniture, aerospace, and machinery manufacturing industries.

The core of this special-shaped pipe production equipment is a multi-pass forming roll system. These rolls are arranged in a preset sequence and angle, gradually applying pressure to the strip or round pipe, deforming it and ultimately forming the desired special cross-sectional shape.

ZTZG’s special-shaped pipe production equipment is typically highly automated and intelligent. Using a numerical control (CNC) system, operators can precisely control the pressure, speed, and position of the rolls, achieving high-precision production and enabling rapid switching between dies of different specifications to accommodate the needs of high-variety, small-batch production.
