Quick-change table-type pipe welding equipment uses a motorized or hydraulic system’s “quick-change one-touch activation” to disengage the roll platform originally fixed to the equipment, detaching the platform for the original pipe diameter. Simultaneously, the platform is replaced with the new roll size, automatically connecting the horizontal support roll shaft to the drive system to complete the roll change.

Quick-change table-type pipe welding equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized pipe welding machines. It can produce a variety of pipe shapes and specifications while enabling quick changeovers at a relatively low cost.

ERW50 H.F. Straight Welded Pipe Production Line

ERW50 high frequency longitudinal welded pipe production line / pipe making machine / tube mill is designed to produce welded pipes of 20mm-50mm in OD and 0.8mm-3.0mm in wall thickness, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipe.
