Round tube making machine with Share-Roller for forming section φ89
This process is used to produce standard carbon steel pipes.
The pre-welding forming section uses the same rollers, allowing for changes to different production specifications without disassembly or replacement; only the rollers in the sizing section need to be replaced.
When producing stainless steel pipes or mild steel pipes using submerged arc welding, the slower welding speed allows for the production of stainless steel pipes without roller changes.
This means that the rollers can be shared across the entire line for different specifications, and they can be adjusted electrically.
Using this process, pipe production lines can reduce roller investment, improve production efficiency, reduce equipment wear, and reduce labor intensity.
Additionally, the welded pipes produced by this process feature high precision, smoother edges, and a more regular appearance.
