API Welded Pipe Unit/API Welded Pipe Production Line for Oil and Gas
This API welded pipe production line is specifically designed to produce oil and gas pipeline pipes conforming to API 5L (GB/T9711), used for crude oil and natural gas gathering and transportation pipelines.
Processes such as weld annealing and eddy current testing can be added according to customer requirements.
Complete Process Flow:
ZTZG independently developed, designed and produced an automated round welded pipe production line without changing the roller.
For producing ordinary carbon steel round pipes, the forming section rollers before welding are shared.
When changing to different production specifications, there is no need to disassemble and replace the rollers; only the sizing section roller needs to be replaced.
