Working Principle and Forming Process for Directly Forming to Square of Rectangular Pipe

The method of producing square and rectangular tubes by direct squaring process has the advantages of less forming passes, material saving, low unit energy consumption, and good roll commonality. Direct squaring has become the main method for domestic large-scale rectangular tube production. However, the rectangular tubes produced by the direct squaring process generally have problems such as asymmetry in the upper and lower corners of the product, and thinning of the R corner. As long as we correctly understand its forming law and reasonably configure the unit assembly, direct square forming can become a high-efficiency, low-cost, and accurate forming process for square and rectangular tubes.

The whole line adopts servo motor adjustment with high automation and low labor intensity.  Through continuous improvement, ZTZG has developed the 3 generation of direct square forming technology.  It solves the problem of traditional direct square R angle.  All specifications can be produced with only one set of rollers without changing any roller.  Compared with the traditional empty curving forming, the quality of R angle is improved by adding the Oblique Roll.  The Blleville Spring is added to eliminate the stress between the connectors and improve the service life.  Add reverse bending frame to overcome surface spring back.

DSS-Ⅱ:Whole line mold common.  Adjust through DC motor

DSS-Ⅲ:Whole line mold common.  Adjust through servo motor or AC motor encoder.

After absorbing advanced pipe making technology from both abroad and domestic, our innovative designed production line and each single unit of the production line are not only economical but also practical. Passed ISO9001 quality system certification and participated in the preparation of a number of industry standards. ZTZG support customization according to international standards in each region, and provide regular technical information and technical training support.
